what's the role?

As a Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js (preferably with NestJS), collaborating with frontend teams, and ensuring application performance and security.

what do i need to be good at?

Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using NestJS.
Use NestJS or Express.js to build modular API architecture
Integrate databases and third-party APIs
Write clean, reusable, and testable code
Collaborate with designers, frontend devs, and PMs
Debug and optimize code for performance and security
Stay current with backend technologies and best practices

what skill do i need?

Solid experience with Node.js and either NestJS or Express.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Good understanding of OOP, RESTful APIs, and optionally GraphQL
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
Understanding of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js)
Basic knowledge of frontend tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with React or Vue.js is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
Good communication in English (written & verbal)
